Dr. Anja Ketels
I am convinced that understanding and change of perspective across cultures are decisive – not only for the success of international projects, but for constructive cooperation in a globalised world.
That is why I have dedicated myself to the mission of creating intercultural understanding, building bridges and strengthening international cooperation.
I work at the intersection of culture, strategy and implementation. My focus lies on how cultural frameworks shape cooperation and how international projects can be designed to work in practice.
For more than 15 years, I have been working in European–Chinese contexts. Across different roles, I have learned to shift perspectives and navigate complex environments. My core areas are intercultural team collaboration, cooperation with China and the management of international projects.
I have worked in NGOs, academia and corporate environments. Across sectors, the challenges of international collaboration are often similar. For many years, my work has focused on translating these challenges into concrete, sustainable solutions.
My approach combines analytical depth with practical execution. Clients value my expertise, intercultural competence and clear, solution-oriented way of working.
